We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity with Local Government for the role of ASC Financial Services Manager.

This interim role offers a unique chance to lead and transform the Adult Social Care (ASC) finance systems and processes, making a real impact on the community.

What will you do?

In this role, you will:

- Lead the transformation of ASC finance systems and processes.

- Manage a diverse finance team, covering areas like Brokerage, Debt Recovery, Income Collection, Financial Assessments, Client Welfare, and Billing.

- Implement changes to Brokerage functions and update Direct Payments (DP) processes.

- Collaborate closely with commissioning colleagues to integrate financial processes smoothly.

- Utilise your knowledge of the Mosaic system to enhance operational efficiency.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a candidate with:

- Strong experience in operational ASC finance processes, particularly in managing teams and implementing changes.

- A deep understanding of ASC financial duties under the Care Act.

- Proven ability to lead transformation and implementation of Brokerage functions within ASC.

- Knowledge of the Mosaic system is a strong advantage.
