Job Title: Site Manager – New Build Hospital Unit

About the Role:
My client are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the construction of a new hospital unit within the healthcare sector. This is a key role for a reputable main contractor, involving hands-on management of site operations, health and safety compliance, and ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate with project stakeholders
* Manage and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Supervise subcontractors and workforce on site
* Drive project progression, ensuring milestones are achieved
* Liaise with the client, consultants, and design team to resolve issues effectively
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on healthcare or similar projects
* Strong understanding of construction processes and compliance requirements
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
