Senior Administrator / Co-ordinator
Based in Northampton | onsite role with available parking
Full Time role | either 9:00am to 5:00pm or 8:00am to 4:00pm | Monday to Friday
Temp role until the end of the year | potential to be extended
Pay rate of up to £15.00 per hour + holiday pay (depending on experience)

One of my exclusive Nationwide clients is recruiting for a number of Administrators on a temp basis until the end of the year.

The main purpose of these temp roles will be to provide Administration support to the business including:
* Drafting letters, documents, briefings & minutes using MS Word & SharePoint
* Managing a rapidly changing diary, rearranging appointments when required
* Booking travel & accommodation - creatiing travel itineraries for Senior stakeholders
* Carrying out location & locality research for upcoming trips, reporting back to stakeholders
* Dealing with enquiries & requests from senior stakeholders
* Carrying out a wide range of Administrative duties as directed throughout the contract

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Previous experience in an Administration role - this experience is ESSENTIAL
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to deal with senior stakeholders confidently
* Solid IT Skills
