Senior Site Manager opportunity

Very attractive opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to work for a leading main contractor on a new school project in London.

Looking for a Senior Site Manager to lead the project delivery team on a new project coming out of the ground with a very good existing client.

Senior Site Manager responsibilities

- Managing all sub-contractors from the ground up.

- Pushing the programme and keeping on top of the project, being main point of contact for the client and managing a small team.

- Ensuring H&S and Quality on site are to a high standard and ensuring project is meeting client timescales and budget.

The ideal Senior Site Manager

Experience managing new build and ideally experience in school projects.
Ideally have main contractor experience and able to keep on top of a Site valued up to £50million
It would be desire able if this senior site manager has an understanding of all packages.
Senior Site Manager with a good blend of skills of managing sub-contractors, driving a project and ensuring H&S and quality on site.
Senior site manager who is looking for a career and progression with a successful company.
