Warehouse Operative

Location: Partridge Green (due to the location you must have access to your own transport)
Pay Rate: £12.21 - £12.50 per hour
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Type: Temp to Perm

This exciting position offers the opportunity to become a crucial part of their friendly and dynamic team, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Efficiently manage the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring all items are checked for quality, accuracy, and proper documentation.

* Accurately pick and pack customer orders to meet specific requirements while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

* Provide excellent customer service by handling enquiries, assisting with orders, and ensuring a positive experience.

* Prepare goods for shipment by labelling, packaging, and completing all necessary paperwork.

* Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and organized working environment.

* Keep the warehouse clean and tidy, report maintenance issues, and assist with other general tasks as needed.

Requirements:

* A self-starter who thrives in a stand-alone role and takes ownership of their responsibilities.

* Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is essential.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
