Our client, a prestigious Civil Engineering Contractor based in Glasgow, is seeking a talented Site Agent to join their expanding team as they increase their workload across Scotland’s renewables sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team, known for their pride in the company and their strong, long-standing client relationships.
Responsibilities (Role Dependent):
Planning and organising all on-site labour.
Ensuring resources are utilised efficiently on-site.
Delivering contracts safely, on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
Maintaining HSEQ standards.
Keeping accurate site records and registers.
Ensuring all work complies with company safety procedures.
Building and maintaining strong working relationships on and off-site.
Candidate Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
A minimum HNC-level qualification in Civil Engineering.
Previous experience in a civil contracting environment.
Experience in the renewable and infrastructure civil engineering sectors (desirable).
SMSTS certification.
A methodical approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
Please note: Due to project locations and the nature of the role, varying shift patterns will apply. Candidates must be flexible and willing to travel throughout Scotland as required.
