Join a reputable electrical works and maintenance company serving estate agents and property managers across North West London. You'll be specialising in installations, repairs, testing, and ongoing maintenance, in a dedicated Maintenance Electrician role for a company that offers genuine work-life balance.

This firm has an excellent reputation in the industry and is expanding its team of maintenance electricians. You'll have a good work-life balance with hours to suit you and no mandatory overtime.

Your Role as a Maintenance Electrician:

* Conduct routine electrical maintenance and inspections on residential and commercial properties.

* Perform fault-finding, testing, and repairs to ensure systems meet safety standards.

* Install, maintain, and service fire alarm systems as required.

* Provide excellent customer service and maintain detailed work records.

What You'll Need:

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and ECS/CSCS card (preferred).

* Proven ability in testing, inspections, and electrical maintenance.

* Experience with fire alarm systems or similar. Must have your own vehicle, will be fully compensated for it.
