Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs, working alongside a multi-disciplinary team.

Assist with daily activities, monitor patient conditions, and ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

Position Details:

* Locations: Oxford, Aylesbury, Milton Keynes, Gloucester, Cheltenham

* Work Pattern: Various shifts available every day

* Rates:

* Weekday Rate: £14.80 per hour

* Night/Saturday Rate: £19.80 per hour

* Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: £24.80 per hour

* Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a HCA in mental health settings

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a high-stress environment
