Senior Property Underwriter responsibilities:

* Underwrite and trade profitable risks, staying aligned with company strategy.

* Lead by example and support Assistant Underwriters as the go-to expert.

* Develop and nurture a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.

* Collaborate with teams to deliver top-notch propositions to brokers and clients.

* Actively contribute to the growth and success of the Property Department.

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong experience in Commercial Property underwriting.

* In-depth knowledge of property insurance, risk assessment, and financials.

* CII Diploma (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.

* Strong negotiation, decision-making and communication skills.

* A proactive approach with the ability to thrive under pressure.
