I’m reaching out regarding an exciting opportunity with a leading Independent Power Producer (IPP) specializing in renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and BESS.

They are at the forefront of the energy transition, focusing on developing, financing, and operating renewable energy assets globally.

They are looking to recruit a Surveyor, ideally RICS-qualified, with expertise in Wayleaves and Easements. This position is critical to the success of their renewable projects, involving securing vital land rights and managing relationships with landowners, authorities, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have:

* A strong background in wayleaves and easements.

* Experience with underground cables and overhead lines.

* Excellent negotiation skills and a strategic mindset.

Key Details:

* Location: London (3 days) & Remote (2 days).

* Salary: £50,000 - £70,000, depending on experience, plus a 15% annual bonus.
