You will be integral to ensuring that all necessary consents and approvals are obtained and managed effectively throughout the lifecycle of the projects.

The successful Environmental Consents Manager will:

Prepare, implement, maintain, and update the Consents Management Plan and Consents Register.
Manage and monitor the status of all consents to ensure that no work commences without the necessary approvals, and that all conditions are fully complied with.
Liaise effectively with third parties, contractors, and stakeholders, arranging and attending liaison meetings as required.
Ensure continuous compliance with all consents throughout the duration of the projects.
Keep detailed records of all communications and meetings, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Act promptly to notify contractors of any breaches or potential issues related to consents, working proactively to resolve disputes.
