Finance Sales Administrator (Financial Services)

£23,000 with OTE of £30,000 to £35,000 + Pension + 30 Holiday Days + Progression

Are you a graduate sales administrator wanting a career in financial services with the potential to earn good commissions as well as develop yourself into a broker with support from management and study support?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing financial brokerage who provide a friendly and supportive environment to develop your skills, knowledge and experience, while being able to earn good commissions on top of your salary.

In this role you will manage enquiries coming into the business, speak to clients, both new and existing, establishing their needs and passing them onto brokers for further support. You will work on a shift pattern of 8am to 4pm, 9am to 17h30, and 10am to 19h00 on a rotational basis and be based in office.

The ideal candidate is passionate about financial services and wants to build their career in financial services, enjoys speaking to people and engaging with people and happy to spend a lot of time on the phone.

THE ROLE:

Manage incoming client inquiries
Call existing and new clients daily to fact find their requirements
Communicate clearly and professionally with clientsTHE PERSON:
