Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Technical Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves the setup, upkeep, and repair of our systems at client locations, ensuring smooth functionality and high performance. You will work directly with clients to deliver outstanding service and collaborate with internal teams to enhance equipment reliability.

Primary Duties

System Setup and Activation

Conduct on-site equipment setup and adjustments.
Verify full operational readiness before final client handoff.

Routine Maintenance and Repairs

Perform regular maintenance and address system issues proactively.
Diagnose and rectify equipment faults efficiently.

Client Support and Training

Provide both on-location and virtual support for client needs.
Guide clients on system operation and routine maintenance practices.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain up-to-date records of all service interactions and tasks.
Prepare detailed reports on equipment conditions and service actions.

Team Collaboration

Partner with the engineering team to enhance product durability and performance.
Offer insights on recurring technical challenges and suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Electronics preffered 

Professional Experience

2-5 years in a technical support or service technician role.
Industry-related experience in HVAC, IT is a plus.

Key Skills

Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Strong communication skills for effective client interactions.
Competent with diagnostic software and tools.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or in team settings.
