Location: Cardiff, Hybrid. Days from home depends on your experience.

Responsibilities:
* As a solicitor or senior Paralegal working in banking and finance, your day-to-day duties may include, advising on acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate and asset finance, development finance, and distressed finance.
* You will also handle international transactions, refinancing and restructuring, and corporate finance matters, while providing expertise in public sector finance, social housing finance, and international finance.
* Provide guidance across a variety of transactions.
* The role emphasises a collaborative approach, focusing on teamwork to effectively advise on complex finance transactions from initiation to completion.

Required experience.
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in Banking and finance.
* If you are a paralegal, you must have at least 2-3 + years experience in this area handling your own files, and be keen continue in this field of law.
* demonstrated file handling experience in any of the following areas: Real estate finance, corporate Finance, public sector finance, international finance, debt arrangements. Ideally you will have experience in most of these.
* Personable friendly can do attitude. Motivated to succeed and grow in your career.
* Comfortable working within a team and collaborating with co-workers.
