Join as a Customer Billing Specialist - Propel Your Career Forward

We are offering a dynamic and challenging role as a Customer Billing Specialist at a prestigious location in Stratford, London. The rate will begin at £23.18/hr Umbrella (inside IR35), increasing to £29.03/hr after 12 weeks (inside IR35). This role plays an important function within the organisation to ensure a seamless invoicing & payment experience for the customer.

What You Will Do

Drive resolution of customer concerns ensuring timely payment and maintaining healthy account balances.
Lead the end-to-end aging receivables process, partnering with Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Finance Teams.
Communicate effectively with customers across various channels to resolve billing queries and concerns.
Identify and escalate complex issues to management, ensuring compliance with billing and accounting regulations.
Support market communication in multiple languages, enhancing customer experience.
Analyse and report on accounts receivable and billing metrics, contributing to the company's financial health.
What You Will Bring

Proven track record in resolving complex customer concerns and managing aged receivables.
Proficiency in English & German (French is also desirable).
Experience with billing, payment processing, and working within a global, multi-market environment.
Experience with CRM, billing, and accounts receivable software
Creativity, critical thinking skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Billing, Customer Service, or related fields.
