Job Advertisement: Field Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Mechanical Engineer to become a vital part of our team. Industry experience isn't required and full training offered.

Location: M4 - South West - This role will include driving.
Working Hours: Average of 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 6 am and 6 pm

A clean UK driving licence is essential

Must be eligible to obtain SC, DV & DBS clearance for MOD and high-security sites.

This role requires potential over night stays in long distance areas.

What You'll Do:

Conduct OFTEC inspections, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks, and remedial project works.
Work with fuel systems and associated control systems across both private and public sectors.
Ensure safety compliance and deliver high-quality service to our valued clients.

What We Are Looking For:

3+ years of mechanical engineering experience, particularly in hazardous areas or fuel systems, or similar transferable skills.
NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance/Installation or equivalent.
Strong IT skills with the ability to complete online reports efficiently.
Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
CompEx 11 Mechanical in Hazardous Areas certification is desirable.
Additional certifications such as OFTEC and confined space training are a plus!
A clean UK driving licence is essential.
