Key Responsibilities:

Assisting a group of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) students with special educational needs (SEN)
Providing individualized support to children, including those with non-verbal communication challenges
Utilizing nurture-based strategies to foster emotional, social, and academic growth
Working closely with teachers, SEN coordinators, and parents to ensure student progress

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with EYFS children, particularly those with SEN
Familiarity with non-verbal communication methods
A patient, nurturing, and supportive approach to learning
Relevant qualifications or training in child development, SEN, or similar fields (preferred but not essential)
