Client Details

A well known Private Sector organisation in London offering an interim or permanent contract with an ASAP start.

Description

The candidate will be responsible for:

- managing the day to day HR operations, including the full employee lifecycle.

- oversee the recruitment process, from posting adverts to onboarding.

- supporting managers with ER casework and offering best practice advise.

- assisting with general administration as well as any ad-hoc projects.

- liaising with senior stakeholders within the organisation and external.

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

- prior experience working as an HR Advisor within a Private Sector organisation.

- proven ability to oversee the full recruitment process.

- a thorough understanding of HR processes, including keeping up to date with current employment law.

- the ability to work in a high pressure/high workload environment.
