What You’ll Do:

Deliver top-tier nursing care, ensuring a safe, healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Lead and support junior staff, promoting an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration.

Step up to manage day-to-day tasks in the Home Manager’s absence, optimizing efficiency and resource use.

Set a standard of excellence in professionalism, from dress and hygiene to behavior.

Maintain meticulous records, care plans, and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience

: Ideally 12 months of post-grad experience, but newly qualified nurses are encouraged to apply.

Dementia Care

: Experience with elderly residents, particularly those with dementia, is a plus.

Organizational Skills

: Manage priorities effectively, making a positive impact on residents and staff alike.

Compassionate Communication

: Strong written and verbal skills to provide clear guidance, address concerns, and create a warm, welcoming environment.

Problem-Solving

: Flexibility and resourcefulness in handling diverse situations.
