* Monday to Thursday: 07:45 - 17:00

* Friday: 07:30 - 12:30

About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Control Operative to join a growing company in Aldridge. This role is essential in ensuring that all products meet strict quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

* Inspect incoming EU deliveries to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

* Verify the identity of products and report any discrepancies

* Carry out authenticity checks on selected stock

* Sample check pre-printed packaging materials and components during production

* Compare materials and products against set specifications

* Approve or reject components, packaging, and finished products based on quality criteria

* Review batch records to ensure accuracy and completeness

* Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP)

* Upload relevant documentation to the company server

* Report any concerns or quality issues to the Quality Control Team Leader

What We Are Looking For

* Previous experience in quality control or inspection

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to follow strict quality control procedures

* Good communication skills and a proactive approach

* Physically fit, with the ability to carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and bending
