Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, reliable, and proactive Geography Cover Supervisor to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the teaching of Geography across various year groups, covering for absent teachers, and helping students to stay on track with their studies.

Key Responsibilities:
· Supervising and supporting Geography lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
· Ensuring students stay engaged and on-task during lessons
· Delivering pre-prepared work and helping students with queries
· Promoting a positive learning environment and managing classroom behaviour
· Providing feedback to teachers and supporting ongoing student progress
· Assisting in the development and delivery of departmental activities when needed

Ideal Candidate:
· A strong interest or background in Geography (Degree or equivalent preferred)
· Experience working with young people in an educational setting
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students
· Strong classroom management skills and the ability to remain calm and focused
· A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for supporting student learning
