Site Contract Manager (Automotive)

Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next career challenge?

My client a successful and well respected manufacturer in the Liverpool area are seeking a Site Contract Manager to drive and lead the business through a period of positive change and growth.

Reporting to Group you will be responsible for all operations and execution of plan to producing high quality products, as per customer demand, within budget,adhering to health and safety on site.

You will have excellent communication and leaderships skills. As a 'people person' you will manage, develop and lead your teams.

You will be KPI focused based on safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery and people development.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

* Demonstrable senior management experience, within an automotive manufacturing environment

* Strong and confident leader

* Proven track record of managing teams to deliver business targets

* P&L responsibility

* Able to implement and manage change

Role

* Monday- Friday

* Salary DOE, plus strong benefits pacakge inc car allowance and bonus
