We are currently recruiting a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company within the facilities management sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of HVAC systems and overall maintenance on various high-profile sites.

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: South Coast (Weymouth / Portsmouth / Dorset / Bournemouth)

Salary up to £44,000

Package:

* 25 days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays

* Company Van (Eligible for personal use)

* Uncapped of Overtime Available (1.5x Weekdays and 2x Weekends)

* Call Out Rota (Frequency & Standby TBC)

* Company Sick Pay

* Death in service

* Pension

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

* Troubleshoot and repair HVAC faults, ensuring minimal downtime.

* Deliver exceptional service on-site, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer in a commercial setting.

* Knowledge of HVAC systems and relevant qualifications (e.g., F-Gas, City & Guilds).

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
