This role offers the chance to manage client relationships and oversee projects, leveraging expertise in digital and design services. Responsibilities
* Cultivate strong client relationships as the primary contact for clients design and digital needs.
* Communicate effectively to manage client expectations, address requests, and resolve issues.
* Partner with creative, design, and digital teams to plan and deliver projects aligned with client objectives.
* Ensure timely, high-quality completion of all project deliverables.
* Track project progress, addressing risks and resolving challenges proactively.
* Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, updates, and reviews.
* Provide clients and management with regular project updates and reports.
* Oversee budgets, invoices, and purchase orders, collaborating with finance and account teams.
* Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
Key Criteria
* Degree-level education.
* 3+ years' experience in a similar agency role.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer service focus with a deep understanding of client needs.
* Familiarity with design and digital services and workflows.
* Proven multitasking ability, managing projects, priorities, and timelines effectively.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
