Responsible Individual – 6-Bed Children’s Home
Location: Near Heathrow (Hybrid Role)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum + Bonus & Increments

Are you a passionate and experienced leader in the children’s residential care sector, ready to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated Responsible Individual to oversee our 6-bed children’s home near Heathrow, working closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance.

About the Role

As the Responsible Individual, you will:

* Provide strategic oversight and support to the Registered Manager to ensure excellent care and operational performance.

* Oversee and manage referrals, building positive relationships with external agencies and local authorities.

* Drive the growth of the home’s occupancy rate, ensuring placements are suitable and sustainable.

* Work towards the company’s long-term goal of expanding its portfolio of children’s homes.

* Spend at least two days per week in the home, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in a leadership role within children’s residential care- as an RI.

* A deep understanding of regulatory requirements, including Ofsted standards.

* Strong networking and relationship-building skills with external stakeholders.

* Strategic mindset with the ability to support growth and development initiatives.

* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
