About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Primary Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic and inclusive primary school in South East London, covering the boroughs of Lewisham, Bromley, Greenwich, Bexley, and Southwark. Key Responsibilities:

* Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons to primary school students.

* Assist in managing the classroom environment, ensuring a positive and inclusive space for learning.

* Work with small groups or individual students to provide targeted support in literacy, numeracy, and other key subjects.

* Help prepare classroom materials and resources for lessons and activities.

* Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to the teacher.

* Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and those who may need additional help with their learning.

* Participate in school events, activities, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working with children in a school setting is desirable, but not essential.
