Role Overview:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experience for students with diverse needs. Your support will help ensure that each student has the opportunity to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students, including those with special educational needs, to aid their learning and personal development.
Assist in the delivery of educational activities and lessons, working closely with teaching staff to implement lesson plans and learning strategies.
Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging and supporting students, promoting their engagement and enthusiasm for learning.
Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support to both students and teachers as needed.
