SEDA Integration Lead

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £72,000 - £78,000

Join our clients experienced team as a SEDA Integration Lead, managing the SATCOM Programme's integration strategy, governance, and assurance activities in collaboration with the SATCOM Engineering Design Authority (SEDA) Team. This role is a key part of the significant public sector procurement for the Skynet 6 programme, a large Category A initiative. We are seeking a SEDA Integration Lead for a permanent position, though fixed-term contracts will be considered.

As a SEDA Integration Lead you will be….

* Developing and maintaining the SATCOM Programmes Integration Policy and

* Strategy documentation.

* Providing integration support and guidance to the SATOM Programmes Projects.

* Management of the Programme layer Integration activities.

* Ensuring Integration governance is maintained across the SATCOM Programme down

* into the SATCOM Project areas.

* Management and planning of Programme level integration assurance activities.

You will have …
Essential

* Experience of planning and management of integration activities for large complex

* systems

* Experience in developing integration strategy and ensuring the governance is in place

* for its adoption.

* Experience of managing assurance activities for the verification and validation of

* complex systems.

* Knowledge of the full Systems Engineering lifecycle (i.e. INCOSE, ISO/IEC 15288)

* Strong Stakeholder Management and communication skills

Desirable

* Hold UK Developed Vetting Clearance (DV).

* Knowledge of Satellite Communication Systems.

* Knowledge of Military Communications Satellite Systems.

* Knowledge of ways of working in MOD including KiD and GEAR.

* Experience of Integrated Test, Evaluation and Acceptance (ITEA) activities on large

* projects
