What You’ll Do:

* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exciting product and packaging innovations.

* Manage projects from concept to launch, driving efficiency improvements.

* Collaborate with teams across Europe, including Italy and Greece, to bring products to life.

* Champion the consumer & customer, ensuring top-quality results in every project.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in food product development with expertise in packaging projects.

* A collaborative leader with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Strong communication and planning skills.

* Passion for high-quality food and sustainability.

* Flexible to occasional European travel and hybrid working.
