Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare cost estimates and budgets for commercial glazing projects.

* Conduct detailed measurements and valuations of work done on-site.

* Manage project finances, including procurement, contract administration, and cost control.

* Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure cost-effective solutions.

* Monitor project progress and prepare reports, forecasts, and final accounts.

* Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the commercial glazing or construction industry.

* Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, cost estimating software).

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
