The Role:

As a Building Services Engineer, you will:
✔ Bring a multi-skilled approach to building services, holding a Level 2 qualification in plumbing, air conditioning, or gas - or a Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification with 18th Edition.
✔ Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties.
✔ Deliver exceptional service while maintaining a proactive and solution-focused approach.
✔ Work independently or as part of a team to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
✔ Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
