£13.90 per hourWe're recruiting a Facilities Maintenance Assistant to take care of and service our client's facility in Newcastle. You'll be responsible for:
Managing the daily activities on-site, ensuring all equipment functions properly, and address any challenges, escalating issues as needed
Ensuring a safe environment, serve as Fire Warden and First Aider, and comply with Health and Safety protocols
Offering a welcoming reception for visitors, and conducting building orientations when requested
Regularly inspect the floor and locker areas, uphold cleanliness standards, manage storage, and reporting any issues
Assisting with equipment, meeting room setups, and delivery handlingTo be successful within this Facilities Maintenance Assistant role, you will ideally have experience in a similar discipline. Combined with the following skills and traits:

Reliable and steady, maintaining high standards in all tasks
Flexible in approach to work practices and able to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment
