Gap Personnel are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for our Norwich branch, are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking for your next opportunity?

Salary; £26,000 + bonus + pension + 33 days annual leave

Your Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and assess candidates for a range of roles.
Utilise job boards, social media, and networking to attract candidates
Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate records in our candidate database
Ensure compliance standards are followed at all times
Effectively manage multiple roles and priorities.
Generate new business leads
Support branch new business activities
Support branch oncall duties
