Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available)
£35,000 - £37,000 + company benefits

Based in Central LondonResponsibilities:

Painting & Decorating
Point of contact for the client
Tiling
Carpentry
Plumbing
Drainage & flushing
Changing light bulbs
Emergency light testing
Fire alarm/door testing
Grouting & Plastering
Electrical works
Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.Requirements:

Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/high end residential setting
Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ in plumbing, Electrical, carpentry, or painting & decorating (desirable, though not essential)Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
