Senior Conveyancing Fee Earner (Qualified with 3 years’+ PQE)

Nuneaton 

c£50,000 per annum – negotiable, commensurate with PQE

We are seeking a fully-qualified (solicitor, FCILEx or CLC) Senior Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, to join a traditional, but forward-thinking, modern law firm in Nuneaton. 

The role will be predominantly office-based initially, with homeworking considered in the longer term. 

This is an opportunity to work in a friendly, supportive environment with a well-established, law firm, who are very committed to training and development of all staff.

The position will involve:

Managing your own wide-ranging caseload, of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, help to buy, buy to let, transfer of equity, shared ownership etc
Liaising with clients, keeping them fully updated
Communicating with third party professionals
Contributing to the growth and continued success of the Conveyancing DepartmentSuitable candidates will have

Fully qualified status (solicitor, FCILEx or CLC) with a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience
The ability to work with minimal supervision
The ability to work well as part of a team
Excellent communication skills and client care skills
A strong desire to progress your career within conveyancingThis is a full time permanent job, working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch.
