About the Impact Academy

The Impact Academy provides a comprehensive, hands-on training programme to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to thrive as a Recruitment Consultant.

Your Responsibilities

During your first year, you'll:

* Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent positions.
* Create professional CV profiles for client marketing.
* Collaborate with our expert sales teams to maximise candidate placements.
* Meet weekly targets and KPIs, agreed with your manager.
* Earn commission for your contributions every step of the way.

Support and Mentorship

You'll receive full support throughout your journey, with guidance from your team manager, our market-leading training team, and a dedicated mentor. You'll have the opportunity to learn from some of the most successful recruitment consultants in the Education sector.

Graduation and Beyond

After successfully completing your first year, you'll move onto a specialised Sales Desk. We don't believe in a 'sink-or-swim' approach - instead, you'll receive advanced training in areas such as:
