About the role of Project Manager

Looking for a Project Manager who has led a project at circa £100million who can lead from the front on an exclusive scheme in the heart of London.

Responsibilities for Project Manager

Full responsibility of the project delivery, design, commercial and programme, working closely with the Project Director.
This Project Manager will have a team of managers reporting into them who cover off various packages.
Project Manager will beclient facing as you will have this ivolvement alongside the PD. Requirements for Project Manager

Looking for an experienced Project manager who is commercially astute and has managed a project from start to finish.
Looking for a Project Manager who is good with structures and logistics because this will be a complex build in a built up area.
Looking for a Project Manager who is career focused and wanting to progress within a leading main contractor. This is a great opportunity to work on an impressive new project in the city which will be one to be proud of for years to come.
