Job Title: Project Manager - Shop Fitting (West Midlands - Office-Based)

Overview: Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for managing shop fitting projects? We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, office-based environment, coordinating projects from conception to completion. This role involves overseeing every aspect of shop fitting projects while ensuring effective communication between teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, covering schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to meet client requirements and deadlines.
Team Coordination: Act as the central hub, facilitating communication between designers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Client Management: Serve as the primary office-based point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates on project progress.
Quality Control: Monitor shop fitting work to ensure adherence to industry standards and client specifications, conducting inspections as necessary.
Problem Solving: Identify potential risks and implement solutions to address challenges during project execution.
Documentation: Maintain detailed project records, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
Compliance: Guarantee adherence to health and safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the shop fitting sector.
Strong understanding of shop fitting processes, materials, and techniques.
