The Client:
 
A well-established conference company who hosts a variety of conferences over multiple industries the industry that they are looking for a new person to join is within animal health. It is a renowned event with next year being its 10-year anniversary, the portfolio is valued at around £2,300,000.
 
The Role:

Take charge of an industry leading portfolio
Implement strategy to take the portfolio to the next level
Producing the event to the highest level
Train and Coach future direct reports As a senior conference producer, you will already know the day-to-day responsibilities, so I won’t bore you with repeating them.
 
The Ideal Person:

4 years+ conference production experience
Experience launching new events at significant revenues
Experience managing a portfolio over £1,500,000
Great leadership skills a real role model
Great problem solver
Has insight to multiple departments alongside production Benefits:
