Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for driving transformative projects in cutting-edge technology? Our business is rapidly expanding, and we are on the hunt for a six-month, interim Project Manager (outside IR35) to join us on this growth journey.

About the Role
In this critical position, you’ll lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, managing them end-to-end as we launch groundbreaking products. This is not a typical oversight role, we need someone who’s highly hands-on, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of each project’s success.

The appointed Project Manager will need to meet the following requirements:

Experienced Project Manager: Strong track record in managing complex projects, with specific experience in the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase.

Hands-On, Multitasking Expert: Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying deeply involved in every detail.

Previous experience within manufacturing/ engineering sector 

Adaptable and Fast-Paced: Enjoys a dynamic environment where agility and fast decision-making are key to project success.
