Mobile Caretaker
Location: North East London
Salary: £26k per annum
Contract: Temp to Perm

Job Description:
As a Mobile Caretaker, you will be responsible for the general upkeep, maintenance, and cleaning of residential and commercial properties. This role involves traveling to multiple sites across North East London, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained, safe, and presentable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine inspections and maintenance of properties, including cleaning using a variety of machines.
* Ensure communal areas such as lobbies, stairwells, and gardens are clean and well-maintained.
* Report any significant maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
* Carry out basic cleaning tasks when required.
* Maintain a log of all tasks completed and any issues that arise.
* Drive the company van to various locations and ensure it is kept in good condition.
* Liaise with residents, property managers, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or requirements.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a caretaker, maintenance, mobile cleaner or similar role is preferred.
* A valid UK driving license is required.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle the physical demands of the job.
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
