Role Overview

This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll need excellent time-management skills to prioritise tasks effectively and a positive attitude to thrive in our fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Driving sales through marketing, social media, and calls

* Filling shifts with suitable candidates

* Booking staff into the office for registration

* Managing and growing existing client relationships

* Ensuring compliance with all right-to-work protocols

* Most importantly: Have fun while doing your job!

Salary:

* £24,000 - £30,000 OTE + inclusive of an attractive bonus package

About You

The ideal candidate will:

* Preferably have a full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (expenses will be compensated)

* Be positive, energetic, and ready to take on new challenges
