Job Overview
Our client based in Hoddesdon specialize in the production of intricate metal components for the automotive and medical industry. We are seeking a skilled Furnace Operator to join their team in managing and overseeing the operation of industrial furnaces. The role requires a keen eye for detail and able to work under pressure.

Metal Production Operative

Monday, 5am - 6pm

Tuesday - Thursday, 6:30am - 6pm

4 day week / 45.5hrs

Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from the furnace following safety protocols
- Check for defects and organize materials accordingly
- Maneuver materials around the factory
- Abide by Health and Safety protocols
- Occasionally operate a forklift (FLT License required)

Requirements
- Comfortable working long hours
- Has attention to detail
- Has a wide attention span
- Proficient in using hand tools for various tasks
