We are looking for an experienced heavy plant fitter to join our team to maintain our ever-growing fleet of modern plant machinery.

The role will be based in our Gravesend workshops in Kent.

The Candidate:

You should be competent and capable of carrying out scheduled servicing, PDI, maintenance and repair of Heavy Plant equipment such as Excavators up to 40T, Dumpers, Articulated Dump Trucks up to 35T, Rollers up to 19T, Bull dozers and Telehandlers.

Be competent and capable of carrying out welding and fabrication repairs to buckets and machinery.

Essential:

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a plant maintenance or similar role (Ag/HGV)

* Welding & Fabrication experience (MIG)

* Strong experience in diagnosis, maintaining and repairing modern heavy plant equipment.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Ability to work in an operational environment.

* Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.

* Flexibility to work weekend overtime when required.

* Proven qualifications in plant / Ag or HGV maintenance and repair

Desired:

* Full UK driving Licence.

* NVQ level 2 or above in plant maintenance
