Based in Welwyn Garden City, my client is a well-established Structural Design consultancy looking for a talented experienced Graduate Structural Engineer to join a growing team and contribute to a variety of exciting projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

As a Graduate Structural Engineer you will:

Design & Analysis: Develop structural designs for buildings and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Project Management: Oversee projects from initial concept through to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communications.
Technical Excellence: Perform structural analysis using advanced software tools and provide technical solutions to complex engineering challenges.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Qualifications: A degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years experience in structural engineering, with a solid background in design and analysis of various structural systems.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in structural analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD, Tekla) and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to provide innovative and practical solutions to engineering problems.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
