Anderson Knight are pleased to be partnering with our established client for the key appointment of a Finance Business Partner, based out of their Farnborough on a hybrid basis.

The successful candidate will be exposed to a fast-paced, acquisitive and ever-changing corporate environment, reporting directly to the Finance Director.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Responsibility for preparation of management accounts for various business units (Act as the main finance contact for the Division)

* Preparation of monthly reports in line with IFRS

* Preparation and processing WIP adjustment

* Monthly overhead costs analysis against budget and forecast, understanding variances and action to bring back to planned expenditure

* Input into ERP system improvements plan

* Continuously identify and implement business process improvements across finance function

* Business Planning, such as budget and forecast preparation.

The successful candidate will be:

* A qualified accountant, ICAS or CIMA

* At least 5+ years post qualified experience

* Operationally focused with excellent communication skills

* Experienced of working closely with senior management

* Good analytical skills and attention to detail

* Must be able to work to tight monthly deadlines and strict reporting deadlines.
