Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Fixed Term Contract - 10 Months)

Our client, a leading organisation in the banking industry, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a fixed-term contract for a duration of 10 months. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative tasks within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing and updating the Charging Database
Preparing fees for invoicing
Checking invoice calculations prepared by the offshore team
Resolving client queries
Conducting horizontal financial reviews to prevent revenue leakage
Updating procedures where processes have changed or are not sufficiently clear
Undertaking UAT testing for new client onboarding
Handling parts of the monthly invoicing cycle and month-end processes
Inputting and updating accruals/invoice postings
Conducting local market charging preparation and analysisRequired Experience:

Previous experience in invoicing and accounting
Experience with month/quarter/year-end processes and a track record of taking ownership of assigned tasks
Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft ExcelNice to Have:
