Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineer - the Shift Manager is responsible for assisting in the effective management of the company's engineeing, maintenance and continuous improvement systems.

To be considered for this role you must have both Mechanical and Electrical maintenance Engineering experience and the abiltiy to fault find, assist with machine breakdowns and be proactive with your approach.

Knowledge of materials processing techniques and lean manufacturing techniques will be advantageous.

This role is rotating shifts (and you must be able to work all 3 shifts) working 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00 and 22:00 - 06:00 - there is a £15.00 shift allowance for the night shift
