Overview:

Our Client is currently seeking a p assionate and motivated individual to join their successful customer service team based in Liphook.

In your new role you will be first point of contact for our customers, providing support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) in a positive and engaging way! No two days are the same, and you'll be making a real difference in our customer's lives.

Daily duties?

Resolve enquiries quickly and efficiently.
Manage, investigate, and resolve customer complaints where necessary.
Inform new customers of the benefits the services
Navigate and record information accurately into our internal systems.
Work within a fast-paced environment.Sounds good??.. What We're Looking For?

Skills/ Experience:

Previous experience working in a customer service/ facing role
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Great communication & written skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly, professional way.
