TEAM LEADER F/T - 30 hrs p.w. temp to perm, O/t - available, when on offer

Location: Southampton and surrounding areas.

Hours of work: 5/6 days a week - covering on a flexible rota basis : daytime / evenings /every other weekend OR a Saturday or Sunday, tbc.

Salary: £12.00p.hr - rising when: company grows and you have gained experience. Over time will be available.

What we are looking for

Due to ongoing expansion our Mobile Cleaning team are looking for another Team Leader. We want you with our team to make the venues - Sparkle.

What you'll be doing

Becoming a member of the cleaning team you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in all areas you are responsible for, on a consistent basis.You will be hands on. You will also be responsible to cover staff holidays and sickness.

Skills, experience and qualities you'll need

Full training will be provided - if required, but you MUST:

* Be comfortable working to deadlines as part of a busy Team

* Have a great eye for detail.

* You must be conscientious, reliable and be able to fit into our current team.

* Car owner and drivers licence.

* Be FLEXIBLE with hours.

* To pass an Enhanced DBS

Any previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not essential.
